Any order received Monday – Friday before 3:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped out on the same day.
Any order received over the weekend, or on one of the holidays Terzomen is closed (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, the two days of Thanksgiving or Christmas Day) will be shipped out on the following business day.
If an order is placed Monday – Friday after 3:00 PM and is needed urgently, please contact our customer support line to confirm.
Your order will be shipped using whichever shipping method you selected during checkout.
We cannot accept online orders to P.O. Boxes. If shipping to a P.O. Box is required, please call +1 877-576-9985.
Accepted Payment Methods
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank debit cards) are accepted for purchases made with billing addresses within the United States.
PayPal can also be used for any purchase made online.
Purchases made with a billing address outside the United States can only be made via PayPal. As well, international buyers are responsible for Customs Duties and Fees.
Promotional codes, if available, can only be applied to your order once and will not work in conjunction with any other discounts applied to your account.
